1. Download The RaR Files of Launcher and the System apps from below 
2. Extract the RaR Files .
3. Tap on the apps and install them .
4. Before installing this app first ensure that you have allowed third party installations in your device you can check this option by your device setting.
5. Go To Setting > Security > and there  tick the “Unknown sources” box
6. The Launcher works on all android Devices but the System Apps may work on android Jellybean,they work fine on Kitkat
